Most people today choose their career as an Au Pair because of some reason. An Au Pair is a person that will care children in US family. An Au Pair usually is coming from other country. First you must care of their meal. It is important to always give good meals for Au Pair. They usually come from other country and they have different meals too. You can ask your Au Pair first to choose their meals. You need them to care of your children in good way, that is why you better keep them in good body condition too. Second, you must prepare the better place to sleep. You must have one room for your Au Pair to sleep. They can do their private activity there. They will not sleep with your children although they will care your children. Third, you must provide weekly payment. They will work at least 45 hours per week and they will get their payment.

The amount of the weekly payment will be based on their performance and your budget. There are some other things that you can give to your Au pair such as opportunity to travel and visit some cities in US when they have day off. You can also give some rewards and gift when they really help you to care your children in very good service every day.
