Starting from a hobby for knowledge sharing and web development in 2007, pioneered by 2 IT Practitioners, Alex Brokovic (Newyork) & Gorian Lee (Surabaya, Indonesia). By ignoring all of the limitations we try to assemble one by one to form a community that is expected to meet the needs of the netter who thirst for knowledge of web development.
